Vendor & Shipping Details

  • Vendor Setup: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm Monday, August 10
  • Vendor Load-out: 4:00 pm Wednesday, August 12
  • Vendors in the equipment/trailer section will be the last to move in
  • If you are shipping booth items to the show, they may arrive no earlier than Friday, July 31.

    All packages must be addressed as follows:

    Marriott South Sioux City Riverfront
    For: 2026 Team M3 Meeting/Company Name & Booth Number

    South Sioux City, NE 68776
Vendors are responsible for scheduling their own return shipments. Items must be packaged, labeled and returned to the Marriott front desk for scheduled pick-up. There is no on-site FedEx or UPS outlet.
